Permalink Reply by Laney Cowan on February 3, 2012 at 10:58am I would totally answer a different question! I would say "I produce professional quality work, conduct myself in a professional manner, & have been creating edible works of art for over (X) years."
Personally, I do have a culinary degree, but it is not in baking or sugar art. Technically, I am not professionally trained in that area despite my certification as a Chef.
