Need advice.

Hey all! I've been thinking of expanding my cake business. Planning to start one more shop in the next block. But I would have to apply for a mortgage to do that. Since, I have no much knowledge on these stuffs, would really love to hear some good advice. I really didn't have to do any of these things, when I started my first shop, cause I had the place already to myself. But now things are different. Would really appreciate to get some advice.
