HELLLP!! Cake pop batter too sticky too roll!!! :(
Hi everyone
I have made cake pops lots of times, but I have no idea what happened tonight. My cake batter is so sticky and I can't roll it without it sticking to my fingers. I have to do them for tomorrow!
Is there a solution to fix this ASAP?? I do not have any more cake!!! :( Can i cover my hands in icing sugar to help roll?

What is your flavor of cake? can you or hubby go out and purchase a package of similar cookies to crumble up and add to it? No more icing! Just the cookie crumbs.

Try sticking the pops in the freezer for about 10 min, then try again. Hope this helps.
