hello, it hammatan my cakes and fundant get dry easily....... do someone has an idea of wat am to do? (add) to avoid such

I'm confused, is your cake or fondant getting dry?  If it is fondant then make sure it is covered and sealed properly when you are not using it.  And try adding some shortening and knead the fondant...that will help as well.

when you take the cake out of the oven don't leave it out too long just let it cool and put it in a plastic bag and close it.
what fondant are you using?

When I take my cakes out of the oven, I let them cool for 10 minutes in the pan then while they are still warm I take them out of the pan and wrap them in plastic wrap.  It traps in the moisture.  Works every time.
